In our recreational classes you can learn the basics right through to advanced gymnastics. Children use all the apparatus; bars, beam, floor, vault, trampette and air tracks to learn lots of exciting moves. Children are put into groups with children of similar ability so that they can learn at a pace which suits them.

This is a fun and sociable class where children make new friends and enjoy learning new skills and keeping fit. Their development is aided and rewarded by the National Gymnastics Awards Programme. They also participate in a club competition each year, competing on floor and vault.
